Putting a twist on the typical pelvic floor and postpartum rehab. Sam focuses on finding the solution to the problems many women and have trouble resolving. Sam’s program bridges the gap between rehab and training. Starting with a comprehensive assessment to understand your body and what you are experiencing. Working with Sam will give you a deeper understanding behind the common postpartum dysfunctions. This includes prolapse, leaking, pelvic floor pain and tightness, diastasis recti, hip pain and much more.
Through understanding your body Sam will be able to customize a program with the best corrective exercises to help you. Sam’s programs are research based, she will focus on a full body approach to align your posture, strengthen your core and hips to allow your pelvic floor to function properly.
The Program will begin with a comprehensive assessment, from there Sam will discuss with you the many options to continue your rehab. She can work one on one in the clinic or do virtual appointments with you to work with your new schedule as a mom. You will also be given a personalized online program to work through when not with Sam.
